Abstract
本文将基于河北省11个地级市的环境污染排放数据,用熵权法计算得出环境污染指数和绿色GDP数据,采用超效率SBM模型测度2008—2017年的绿色经济效率水平,对此进行分析,并从产业转型、完善考核体系、优化能源消费结构等方面提出提升绿色经济效率的相关建议.
