我国航天企业依据GJB9001要求建设的质量管理体系框架已经运行了近30年,积累了大量丰富的质量管理经验.为适应型号研制任务的不断增加,以及客户对于航天器产品的质量与可靠性、研制周期、使用服务等方面日渐提高的要求,航天企业的研制技术、管理思想和方法也发生了显著的改变,职责不断细化、流程更加精益.
