本文针对超超临界机组锅炉高温再热器管用T91钢服役3万小时后材质老化的现状,通过开展机组检修金属监督检查、割管全面性能试验、运行参数监控等一系列工作,全面掌握高温再热器大包内T91材质管段寿命状态,提出高温再热器出口管段改造方案,为超超临界机组高温受热面设计、制造方案设置及检修金属监督检查提供借鉴.
