Abstract
针对大断面矩形连铸坯出现的中间裂纹,通过低倍酸洗对中间裂纹宏观特征进行检验分析,找出了连铸坯柱状晶发达、晶间偏析是中间裂纹产生的主要原因.通过控制钢水Mn/S、氧含量,优化温度制度、拉速制度、冷却制度、夹辊辊缝,解决了连铸坯中间裂纹.
