基于EDEM的水稻槽轮排种器排种仿真与试验研究

Abstract
为适应水稻穴直播的种植要求,设计了4种不同结构槽轮排种器.借助离散元分析软件EDEM对4种不同结构的槽轮排种器进行仿真分析,并进行试验验证.台架试验结果表明:当排种轮槽孔形状为钩勺型槽孔、槽孔螺旋角为14.01°、排种轮工作转速为21.09 r/min时,得到最佳穴径合格率和穴粒数合格率分别为96.42%、95.23%.用EDEM仿真与台架试验结果基本相同,表明用离散元法对槽轮排种器进行仿真分析具有可行性.
