微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定大米中微量铅

Abstract
本文通过微波消解进行样品前处理,以磷酸二氢铵为基体改进剂,在波长为283.3 nm处,以石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定大米中微量铅.结果表明,样品中铅的含量为0.04792 mg·kg-1,标准工作曲线相关系数为0.9994,检出限、定量限分别为0.02841 mg·kg-1、0.08523 mg·kg-1,精密度好、检出限低、准确度高、加标回收率在94.1％～97.8％,符合分析检测要求.
