本试验通过在饲料中添加不同浓度(10、20、30mg/kg)莫能菌素,来验证其对对肉鸡的毒性作用,结果表明,可引起明显的临床症状,并继发腹水症.因此临床用药应低于试验浓度,且用药时间不宜过长.
