Abstract
构建城市住房特征与社会空间质量的综合评价体系,以广州市1364个社区为案例,分析其住房特征与社会空间的对应关系及区位差异性.结果表明,住房特征方面,户均建筑面积和住房产权可显著地反映其社会空间质量;社会特征方面,教育水平和职业阶层与住房特征的相关性更强,区位对这种对应关系的调节作用不可忽视.
