某铜硫矿铜快速浮选工艺技术研究

Abstract
某铜硫矿矿石性质复杂,矿物种类繁多、次生铜比例高,且含硫较多,选矿工艺技术的研发难度较大.为了解决次生铜因过磨造成细粒级损失与铜硫分离必须再磨的矛盾,通过铜快速浮选工艺,结合选择性再磨等技术手段,取得了较好的选矿工艺技术指标.闭路试验获得的指标为铜精矿含铜24.53%、含金2.68 g/t、含银189.00 g/t,铜回收率85.42%、金回收率40.45%、银回收率48.53%;硫精矿含硫46.15%,硫回收率72.78%.研究结果为该矿石的开发利用提供了技术指导.
