大红山铁矿Ⅲ矿体、Ⅳ矿体分段空场采矿法爆破参数的优化试验及应用

Abstract
大红山铁矿Ⅲ 、Ⅳ矿体采用分段空场采矿法进行回采,中深孔爆破落矿,胶带运输方式,回采落矿过程中出现大块较多现象.为确保安全回采,提高出矿效率,降低回采成本,需采取切实可行的技术措施优化采区爆破参数减少大块.本次研究结合现场实际情况及爆破参数优化工业试验成果,对以上问题进行分析,并提出了相应的改进技术措施,在实际生产应用中取得了较好的效果,解决了Ⅲ矿体、Ⅳ矿体回采过程中大块率高问题,对类似矿山具有一定的借鉴意义.
