Abstract
目前地浸采铀钻孔封孔材料以水泥为主,由于其存在繁琐的注浆流程和降低矿层渗透性的风险,制约了成井效率和成井质量.为了提高钻孔封孔效果和采铀效率,将钠基膨润土应用于封孔材料,利用吸水膨胀后形成的高强度胶结物,封隔含矿含水层和其他含水层.哈萨克斯坦南部某铀矿根据该矿的水文地质特征,在无填砾结构的地浸采铀钻孔中进行了膨润土止水环封孔的室内实验和现场试验,成功地解决了封孔准确性和可靠性问题,减少了封孔质量瑕疵,保证了钻孔的施工质量.
