Abstract
利用对金融服务业一线服务员工的调研数据,实证分析了服务导向、情绪劳动与组织公民行为之间的作用机制.结果表明:服务导向负向影响情绪劳动中的表层表演,正向影响深层表演;表层表演负向影响组织公民行为,而深层表演却具有正向效应;表层表演和深层表演在服务导向与组织指向公民行为之间起部分中介作用.
