随着我国各大城市地铁建设迅速展开,建成后的运营问题越来越受到关注.文中给出了地铁运营效率的定义,分析运营效率的影响因素,通过文献阅读与分析的方法,阐述国内外学者在地铁运营效率方面的研究成果,归纳现有研究存在的问题,并对基于效率与安全的地铁运营服务水平评价指标体系的建立与等级划分进行展望.
