细颗粒蓝色氧化钨制备工艺研究

Abstract
对一种易于工业化生产制备细颗粒蓝色氧化钨的工艺方案进行了研究.工艺方案为"APT-离解-铵钨化合物-煅烧过筛-细颗粒蓝色氧化钨",考察了炉管转速、进料速度、离解温度对离解效果的影响.运用扫描电镜、氮吸附仪、振筛机对该工艺和普通工艺(APT直接煅烧)得到的蓝色氧化钨进行了形貌和粒度分析比较.结果表明:该工艺得到的蓝色氧化钨粒度较细,形貌均匀,比表面积相对更小,可满足生产FWC04-06碳化钨粉的原料需求.
