电铲也称机械式单斗挖掘机,是露天开采中的主要大型装备之一,主要用于矿山表面物的剥离和矿石的采装作业[1～2].电铲由推压系统、提升系统、回转系统、行走系统四大机械系统以及空气系统、自动润滑系统两大辅助系统组成.在自动润滑系统中,技术含量最高、最关键的润滑油脂是开式齿轮润滑剂.
