多羟基煤散料抑尘剂溶液黏度行为研究

Abstract
为解决煤散料抑尘剂在低温环境中使用时溶液黏稠的问题,分别采用氧化、超声和高温方法对抑尘剂原料淀粉进行改性,结果表明:改性淀粉溶液的黏度均显著降低,其中高温改性效果最好,淀粉经过1h左右高温作用即可将溶液黏度降至5mPa·S以下.氧化作用主要发生在淀粉的无定形区,而超声作用和高温作用都可以对淀粉的结晶区产生一定影响.
