大口径PE管道用材料结构与性能的研究

Abstract
利用熔融指数仪、差式扫描量热仪(DSC)、旋转流变仪、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)等测试仪器,详细分析了国内外5种大口径聚乙烯(PE)管道混配料的结构和性能.结果表明,2#材料的熔体强度最大、高温段晶片厚度较薄、综合力学性能优良,最适合大口径PE管道产品的生产.
