质量管理是井下作业过程中永恒的话题,提高井下作业工序质量是保证完井质量的关键,也是油田稳油增产、增注的必然要求.在多年的井下作业实践过程中,积累和应用了一些质量管理方法,取得了明显的效果,为油田稳产、增产、增注做出了积极的贡献.现将井下作业质量管理方法进行浅谈,希望能为井下作业同仁提供参考和借鉴.
