Abstract
耐高温速溶瓜胶压裂液是实时混配压裂施工时使用的压裂液体系,特别适用于非常规水平井等大型实时混配压裂施工.本文在羟丙基瓜基础上,合成了速溶瓜胶产品SRG-1,1min溶解百分数可达86％,0.6％溶液表观粘度为109-111MPa·s,水不溶物为3.0％-5.0％;速溶瓜胶SRG-1溶解1min后与交联剂交联形成的压裂液体系,140℃、170s-1剪切2h后表观粘度为96 MPa·s,且具有破胶彻底、对天然岩心渗透率伤害低的特点;在非常规水平井义123-3HF井进行应用,取得了良好效果.
