基于ANSYS Workbench的换流阀主水管吊装工装多目标优化设计

Abstract
针对特高压直流换流阀主水管吊装过程变形过大问题,基于ANSYS Workbench(AWE)设计了专用工装,首先通过积分法推导出工装主梁挠曲线方程,然后以降低主梁最大变形、最大应力和减少质量以及提高抗压稳定性为主要目标,利用AWE的多目标遗传算法对工装主梁截面尺寸及吊点位置进行了优化设计.结果表明,优化后的主梁质量减少了12.04%,最大变形和最大应力分别降低了31.58%和12.72%,优化效果显著.
