Abstract
车床静刚度是保证零件加工精度、表面质量和刀具寿命的重要因素之一.为了方便地测量出C6136机床的静刚度,设计了一套简易的测量装置,该装置可模拟车削加工过程中对工件水平方向上载荷的加载,并可同时读取载荷和工件位移的大小.使用该装置能测量不同切削条件下C6136机床的刚度.
