2010年以来,为了切实做好信访稳定工作,长庆油田组成专门的课题组,大力推进维护稳定长效机制建设探索研究工作,先后在油田48个单位发放调查问卷2250份.经过调查研究,长庆油田维护稳定长效机制建设必须围绕中心工作,以人为本,放眼全局,兼顾各方.主要从以下六个方面进行了探索实践:
