近年来,越来越多的国家将科学化的武器装备定价管理引入到国防采办领域中,并逐渐建立了较为完善的管理机制,提升了装备采办的效益,调动了承包商的积极性,促进了装备技术的发展.因此,研究美俄武器装备定价管理机制,对我国装备价格工作具有较高的参考价值和借鉴作用.
