在线创新中介在企业技术创新活动中的运作模式研究

Abstract
为探究在线创新中介在开放式创新过程中的运作模式,运用案例研究的方法对NineSigma、Yet2.com和科易网的业务流程、服务项目、主要参与者进行归纳对比.分析研究发现,尽管NineSigma、Yet2.com和科易网采取不同的治理结构,但其运作模式主要围绕集聚创新供给和需求、完善服务体系两项核心活动展开.据此文章提出,我国创新中介机构运作模式优化应从建立在线交易市场、扩展创新网络、面向开放式创新价值链开展服务等方面入手.
