Abstract
本研究根据沙门氏菌、单增李斯特菌、大肠杆菌O157:H7及空肠弯曲菌的不同培养特性,将单一PCR及复合PCR的方法相结合,设计合成了4种针对性的引物,通过检测4种菌不同的特异性基因片段,建立了一种同步检测的PCR方法,具有简便、快速、准确的特点.对95份实物样品检测,结果与经典方法一致,有较好的应用价值.
