传统培训存在一定的不足,供电企业班组员工较难通过传统培训,满足他们的培训需求.基于供电企业班组员工的胜任力模型,以供电企业某市的班组为样本进行测评,借助变异系数分析员工培训需求的一致性和差异性,继而构建移动学习平台,更好地促进供电企业班组培训,切实发挥培训的作用.
