近年来,人民银行在推进小面额人民币流通服务方面采取了许多切实可行的措施,取得了较好的成效.但由于种种原因,小面额人民币流通管理还在一定程度上存在"两难两低"问题,需要人民银行和金融机构共同努力.本文就如何加强小面额人民币流通管理进行了探讨,并提出了相关建议.
