天保工程实施20年来,在保护森林资源、改善生态环境、保护生物多样性、增进林区职工福祉等方面取得了显著成效.从就业、收入、社保、民生和思想观念等方面分析天保工程的实施对林区职工的影响,对于了解林区职工状态,调动林区职工参与天保工程建设的积极性,天保工程接续实施政策制定等都具有重要的现实意义.
