Abstract
定额标准的研究和制定是项目预算的基础性工作,是实现零基预算的重要保证.针对目前林木种质资源普查尚无公开的相关劳动定额研究进行技术经济指导的参考现状,借鉴企业劳动定额的制定方法,对河北省林木种质资源普查及其清查定额标准进行了研究和制定.这一定额制定的方法和参数对我国其它区域林木种质资源普查及其它林业调查项目的定额制定提供借鉴.
