络石多糖的抗补体活性研究

Abstract
络石为我国传统中药对于治疗跌打损伤、活血化瘀有着很好的疗效.本实验旨在研究络石多糖的抗补体活性.实验结果显示络石多糖经典途径的抗补体活性CH50为29μg/mL,而旁路途径的抗补体活性AP50为42μg/mL,可以看出经典途径的抗补体活性要高于旁路途径的抗补体活性.
