中国科技期刊国际影响力提升计划D 类项目支持创办一批能够代表我国前沿学科、优势学科或填补中国学科空白的英文科技期刊.一期(2013—2015 年) D 类项目入选期刊经过几年的努力,在国内外专业学科领域显示出了一定的学术影响力,具有引领示范作用.本文通过对入选期刊办刊进展的梳理,总结新创办英文科技期刊的办刊思路以及实践经验.为二期(2016—2018 年) D 类项目入选期刊以及更大范围新创办的英文科技期刊提供一定的借鉴和参考.
