以中国科协1056种科技期刊为研究对象,从出版管理、办刊队伍、学科刊群、运营模式入手,针对中国科协科技期刊出版管理现状与特点及改革实践,办刊队伍现状及发展新要求,学科刊群发展现状及建设模式,运营模式及运营效益等方面,在问卷调查数据的基础上进行剖析,并提出了中国科协科技期刊乃至我国科技期刊的出版管理改革与创新路径、办刊队伍建设建议、学科刊群发展策略和运营模式创新思考.
