Abstract
文章以意识形态理论和舆情理论为基础,分析网络意识形态的内涵与特征,从意识形态的角度深入探讨网络舆情危机的形成因素,在此基础上提出网络舆情危机应对的素养提升机制、危机监管机制、舆情引导机制、媒体融合机制以及技术创新机制.以期为大数据环境下多媒体网络舆情危机响应研究提供新视角,更为相关部门加强网络舆情危机应对、有效化解社会矛盾提供有益借鉴.
