通过对国内外图书馆健康信息服务实践进行总结归类,依据和借鉴2014年国际标准组织发布的《图书馆影响力评估方法与流程》,从理论层面建立图书馆健康信息服务影响力评估框架,从个体层面、组织/社区层面和社会层面3个维度设置较为具体的评估指标,总结与之相适应的评估方法,以期为图书馆健康信息服务和影响力评估提供借鉴.
