对我国32个省级疾病预防控制机构信息化建设和应用现状进行问卷调查,总结信息化组织与管理、标准规划情况、资金投入与分配等方面的现状,分析疾控信息化建设过程存在的问题,重点对地区发展不平衡、资金投入不足、信息化人员匮乏、信息安全意识不足等问题进行讨论,提出相应的建议与对策.
