Abstract
高校名人档案作为珍贵的文化财富,对丰富高校馆藏,维护和宣传高校的发展历史,弘扬高校文化,扩大高校社会知名度,教育启迪年青一代发挥着不可替代的作用,因此保护好这类档案是高校档案馆人不可推卸的责任.基于此,从口述档案的视角,在分析高校名人档案建设瓶颈的基础上,提出了相关的建设策略,希望能对深入研究高校名人档案建设有所启发.
