企业外部技术搜寻平衡研究——基于探索-开发的视角

Abstract
借鉴组织二元性研究中关于企业开发-探索活动平衡性的观点,以中国企业为研究对象,在中国国家知识产权局专利许可备案登记数据的基础上,从地理距离、时间距离和认知距离三个维度将企业置于多维的技术空间,研究中国企业的外部技术搜寻平衡.研究表明:企业在外部技术搜寻的多维空间中存在平衡性;三个维度中,地理距离和时间距离的替代作用更为显著;相较于中小型企业来说,更多的大型企业会选择较大认知距离进行外部技术引进.
