Abstract
镀通孔可靠性是印制电路板可靠性问题的关键因素,影响机电设备安全.本文根据故障预测和健康管理理念,基于电阻隔离测试技术和镀通孔失效判据,设计了镀通孔的故障诊断和故障告警检测电路,并在仿真软件中完成了电路的功能仿真,验证了电路的工作性能,从工程实践角度实现了对镀通孔失效的实时检测,为机电安全提供保障.
