Abstract
“3+2”卓越医生培养计划经过5年的试点与探索,在基层医药卫生人才培养方面取得了较好成效,但学生知识能力整体构筑中基层全科服务能力缺失、实践技能以及对应考核评价体系不完善、执业医师考试通过率低等诸多问题,已经逐渐成为制约“3+2”临床医学人才培养模式改革可持续发展的重要影响因素.
