Abstract
设计了"磁性荧光纳米球的制备及其对细胞的识别和捕获"综合研究型实验.通过将磁性纳米颗粒和量子点包埋进高分子球内部制得磁性荧光纳米球,进一步通过生物修饰在纳米球表面引入能特异性识别肿瘤细胞的靶向分子,从而实现对肿瘤细胞的识别和捕获.实验内容丰富,操作简便,涉及到化学制备、生物偶联、识别捕获等操作,荧光、磁性、形貌等表征技术以及生物化学实验中常见仪器的使用,能够全方位培养学生的实验技能、科研素养和创新精神.
