针对目前通信电子类专业基础课实验教学存在的"学时压缩""填灌模式"和"内容固化"等问题,引入"开放"和"互助"实验教学思想和措施."开放"是给学生提供基于兴趣、时间和资源的自由选择,"互助"是获取教辅人员的"软技能"无障碍传授.通过通信专业基础实验教学实践证明,在实验教学过程中,采用"开放互助"基础课实验教学模式改革,学生的实践动手能力得到显著提高,学生对专业的认知和兴趣有了较大程度的提升.
