Abstract
为不断完善环境微生物学实验课程建设,培养学生的实际样品分析能力,设计了一套检测水样中大肠菌数的实时荧光定量PCR(pdymerase chain reaction)实验.教学实践表明,实验方案切实可行,学生完成情况良好,学生了解并践行了实时荧光定量PCR技术检测环境样品中的大肠菌数的方法,切身体会到新实验技术的简便性与灵敏性,提升了学生的学习兴趣与创新能力.
