Abstract
氧化应激是慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)重要的发病机理之一,抗氧化应激可作为COPD治疗的新思路.谷胱甘肽(GSH)作为体内抗氧化剂,可保护体内细胞不被氧化损伤.因此,可通过提高COPD患者肺内GSH浓度治疗COPD.N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)作为半胱氨酸的前体参与合成GSH,发挥抗氧化应激的作用,本文综述了NAC在COPD治疗中的应用.
