Abstract
文章从高校教师的角度,分析教师对教师发展中心的满意度以及影响满意度的因素.将满意度划分为教师对自身发展的满意度、机构活动内容的满意度以及机构组织管理满意度,通过对黑龙江省高校700名教师进行问卷调查,利用SPSS进行数据分析.结果 是高校教师对教师发展中心满意度较高,但各个方面的满意度水平存在差异,个人因素、对工作认可度等方面的因素是影响整体满意度的重要原因.
