Abstract
随着互联网技术的飞速发展和高等教育教学改革的日渐深化,MOOC已经来到普通高校,教师作为MOOC建设中的重要力量,如何早日确定自己的角色定位,完成必要的角色转换,是每个高校教师必须面对的问题.在简述传统教学和MOOC环境中高校教师角色定位的基础上,着重探讨了MOOC环境下高校教师角色的分类,给出了教师角色转换的办法,以期为普通高校MOOC建设奠定师资基础.
