农业院校IT卓越人才培养模式研究——以天津农学院为例

Abstract
为培养当前农业领域急需的IT人才,以天津农学院计算机学院IT卓越人才培养为例,从确定培养目标定位、构建特色教学体系、创新人才培养方法、创新搭建人才培养的载体、搭建毕业生质量跟踪平台等5个方面对面向农业领域的IT卓越人才培养模式进行了深入研究与实践. 实践结果表明,IT卓越人才培养模式能够取得良好的教育、教学效果,该人才培养模式可在面向专业领域的同类高等院校推广.
