创新创业教育在我国已经由精英教育步入大众教育阶段,而创业导师的能力不足成为制约其发展的主要障碍.本文基于应用型本科的发展首先分析了现阶段创业导师能力的现状,同时结合国外创业导师梯队建设的经验,提出了适合应用型本科创业导师能力提升的策略.
