Abstract
高职院校学历教育与继续教育并举的开放式办学环境下,纵观高职院校教育现状,高职师资队伍建设任务迫切.结合国家对职业教育发展的新要求,在学校国家示范院校专业建设经验基础上,从高职“双师素质”教师的知识、能力等方面入手阐述了“内涵建设”的内容,提出高职“双师素质”教师队伍建设的“1221模式”.
