Abstract
为了巩固和提升学员专业素养,对工科类专业课程中综合实践性教学环节在组训方式、内容选择、课程安排和考核评价机制等方面进行了一定的实战化教学改革和探究.文章使用"讲授式+研讨式+案例式+专题式+实践性"五位一体高度融合的创新教学组训方式,在实战化训练中完成教学、训练、考核,有效提高了学员的综合岗位任职能力.
