对春季在田野中生长的野菜的维生素C及氨基酸含量进行测定。方法:2、4-二硝基苯肼比色法;高效液相色谱法。结果:维生素C的测定方法操作简单、准确、精密度高,适用于蔬菜、水果中维生素C含量的测定;氨基酸含量的测定方法样品处理简单、准确、精密度高,适用于蔬菜、饲料中游离氨基酸的测定。
